Nothing makes Vanecia happier than having the ability to work hard and help people in all facets of her life. She developed her strong work ethic while barning tobacco as a teen in Johnston County. No matter if it's farming or real estate, Vanecia isn't afraid to get a little dirt under her nails to get the job done. She developed a real knack for assisting first-time homebuyers and new construction buyers by working with her husband who is a builder. Any buyer or seller will benefit from her tenacity and persistent negotiation skills. Maybe it's all the years she has spent as a radiologic technologist that has given her the ability to "see through people." Unless she is shopping, Vanecia doesn't spend much time indoors. She would much rather be fishing, riding her four-wheeler or honing her skills at the gun range. Her family is founded on Christian principles learned while attending Bethel OFWB Church. She makes it a priority to spend quality time with her husband and their two children. They also have two cats and a dog sharing their home in Four Oaks. Vanecia is an active member of the Four Oaks Elementary PTA.
Tracey has a real passion for being a REALTOR® and can't imagine herself in any other career. Among her many specialties, working with first-time homebuyers happens to be one of her favorites. She remembers the excitement she felt when buying her first home and enjoys sharing in the thrill involved with that first home purchase. Even the most seasoned buyers will benefit from her precision of having every "i" dotted and every "t" crossed. She also really loves working with sellers to create unique opportunities for getting homes sold. Buyers and sellers alike can rely on her patience, skill and diligence as she guides them through the process of achieving their real estate goals. When she isn't busy helping people find their dream homes, Tracey likes to spend time relaxing on her pontoon boat, watching NASCAR, going camping and being a "Mother hen," literally. Her growing brood of 35 chickens and 16 quail keep her plenty busy. She may have been born in Glen Falls, NY but her southern roots are firmly planted in Smithfield with her husband Mike and their three fur-kids. Tracey serves on the Board for the Johnston County Association of REALTORS®. She is also a proud Clemson University alumna.

Being a native of Columbus County, Terri grew up working on her parents and grandparents farms. Small town living taught her the importance of friends, family, and faith. In 2005, Terri decided to pursue a career in real estate and got her license in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Living just minutes from Myrtle Beach, she was afforded the opportunity to assist both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of many amazing coastal properties. She made the decision to relocate to the Raleigh area in hopes of advancing to an even stronger market. She takes great pride in her work ethic and providing excellent customer service. In addition to real estate, her nursing career has taught her important virtues that have proven to be beneficial to her real estate clients. Terri knows the importance of honesty, integrity, compassion, understanding, and empathy. The best achievement is generated from a satisfied client, which is her goal in every transaction. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, boating, fishing, riding four-wheelers and doesn’t mind doing a little shopping from time to time!
A Harnett County Native, Kate truly loves and appreciates all of the “small town, big heart” locations that North Carolina has to offer. She focuses on the Dunn and Benson area, but has also lived in Raleigh for the past 5 years and is in tune with the big city market as well. She is a recent graduate of Meredith College where she graduated cum laude. She served as Miss Dunn 2015 and went on to become Miss North Carolina 2015. Through that experience, she traveled every inch of our state and became very educated on all of the real estate markets, opportunities, and unique characteristics that various locations of NC has to offer her clients. She is passionate most of all about people and helping them chase their dreams. Client service and responsiveness being her number one priority, she is excited to work hard to achieve whatever it is her clients need. She is engaged and is super excited about starting her own family in the years to come. On her “off” days, Kate enjoys a good NC State or ECU football game, reading a motivating book, or volunteering with her church or in her hometown of Dunn. She is a member of the Johnston County Association of Realtors and is the spokesperson for the Dunn Area History Museum.
