I am a Garner native having been born and raised in the local area. Growing up, I was always busy with extra-curricular activities for school, church and sports. I served in the Army National Guard for 8 years as a Combat Medic, and in 2006 decided to pursue Real Estate sales as another way to help people, while staying close to home and my family.
I treat every client by the golden rule and provide outstanding customer service. I appreciate every opportunity and look forward to working with every client. Whether it be buying or selling a home or commercial property, I am committed to helping you meet your needs. It is of utmost importance to me to satisfy you and I will take the time and care to listen and attend to your concerns or queries. I hope that you will find the information you are looking for.
I am well trained in common construction practices and can offer a cutting edge advantage when buying or selling. I also offer experience in Commercial sales & leasing.
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and Commercial property within the Triangle and surrounding areas of Benson, Garner, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Wendell, Smithfield, Clayton, Raleigh, Willow Springs, Four Oaks, Princeton, and Pine Level. I keep current on all transactions in these areas, including mortgage, loan, title insurance, building code, and inspection services. I am also very knowledgeable about the local area, including schools.
My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself & team accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

April is awesome, a pleasure to do business with as well. Her professional attitude shows through in every way. We sold our house in Fuquay Varina and bought a home in Angier she made the process smooth and simple on both homes. We feel we made a friend in April Stephens.
I don’t know how she does it, but she’s a miracle worker. She sold our 2700-sq. ft. house in only three weeks, when it never even got a nibble with another agent. I tell everyone I know that if they want to sell their house, call April!
April and her team are awesome! They sold our home quickly and helped with the building process of our custom home. The April Stephens team is a one stop shop. If you are looking to sell, buy, or build they got you covered, even the lending companies they work with are awesome. She is a wealth of information and will make sure you get the advice you need. I would highly recommend her.
