I am a Garner native having been born and raised in the local area. Growing up, I was always busy with extra-curricular activities for school, church and sports. I served in the Army National Guard for 8 years as a Combat Medic, and in 2006 decided to pursue Real Estate sales as another way to help people, while staying close to home and my family.

Nothing makes Vanecia happier than having the ability to work hard and help people in all facets of her life. She developed her strong work ethic while barning tobacco as a teen in Johnston County. No matter if it's farming or real estate, Vanecia isn't afraid to get a little dirt under her nails to get the job done. She developed a real knack for assisting first-time homebuyers and new construction buyers by working with her husband who is a builder. Any buyer or seller will benefit from her tenacity and persistent negotiation skills. Maybe it's all the years she has spent as a radiologic technologist that has given her the ability to "see through people." Unless she is shopping, Vanecia doesn't spend much time indoors. She would much rather be fishing, riding her four-wheeler or honing her skills at the gun range. Her family is founded on Christian principles learned while attending Bethel OFWB Church. She makes it a priority to spend quality time with her husband and their two children. They also have two cats and a dog sharing their home in Four Oaks. Tracey has a real passion for being a REALTOR® and can't imagine herself in any other career. Among her many specialties, working with first-time homebuyers happens to be one of her favorites. She remembers the excitement she felt when buying her first home and enjoys sharing in the thrill involved with that first home purchase. Her growing brood of 35 chickens and 16 quail keep her plenty busy. She may have been born in Glen Falls, NY but her southern roots are firmly planted in Smithfield with her husband Mike and their three fur-kids. Lindy Johnson Mauney
Being one of the very few Raleigh natives, Lindy has her finger on the pulse of the local housing market. She has had the unique perspective of watching the area grow from a collection of small towns into the dynamic, multicultural center for professional and personal opportunities. As a native of Johnston County Dodie knows the Triangle area and is well versed at all aspects of the real estate industry. Erin Litterilla considers herself a North Carolina native, although she came here from Long Island, NY in 2004, this has always felt like home. A Harnett County Native, Kate truly loves and appreciates all of the “small town, big heart” locations that North Carolina has to offer. She focuses on the Dunn and Benson area, but has also lived in Raleigh for the past 5 years and is in tune with the big city market as well. She is a recent graduate of Meredith College where she graduated cum laude. She served as Miss Dunn 2015 and went on to become Miss North Carolina 2015. Through that experience, she traveled every inch of our state and became very educated on all of the real estate markets, opportunities, and unique characteristics that various locations of NC has to offer her clients. She is passionate most of all about people and helping them chase their dreams. Katy, a native of the small town of Pine Level, is no stranger to the real estate business. Growing up in Johnston County as a general contractor's daughter, she has witnessed and been affected by the 2008 market plunge as well as experienced the growth of our great market first hand.
Katy earned her bachelor's degree in criminal justice and criminology from Western Carolina University and went on to become an NC certified paralegal. This education has prepped her to be knowledgeable in the legal aspect of the real estate business. She served our county as a juvenile deputy clerk for five years before pursuing her real estate license. She prides herself in taking great care of her clients just as her mother has done in her restaurant business for 15 years.
